I understand and agree to Nava Couture's Purchasing Policy and the following:
- I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL ( no refunds will be offered) Please contact navacouture@gmail.com with "return" in the subject line if a return is to be discussed. I understand return must be confirmed with customer service representative before item is shipped back. Store credit is available if item is approved for return and is un-damaged, un-worn, and in new condition. I understand a return must be requested within 5 days after marked delivered. I UNDERSTAND A SOCIAL MEDIA NOTIFICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. If conditions met, credit will be granted in the form of a coupon code. I understand, I/ the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- I understand It's my responsibility to read the product description and consider size suggestion before purchase.
- I confirm that my shipping address and contact info is correct. I understand there will be no refunds or credits issued due to shipping address errors. I agree in the event an item is successfully returned to NC due to incorrect shipping address, I will be responsible for covering shipping cost to resend the purchase.
- I understand that NC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Once item(s) are showing scanned into the selected carriers (USPS, UPS, FEdex or DHL’s) system, I should contact the selected carrier regarding arrival times, delivery status, or lost items.
- I understand If shipping items over $75, we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shopping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I understand, Items are processed up to seven (7) business days (orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.) Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for your item to arrive after it is shipped.
These time frames are only estimates and we do not have control over the effectiveness of the carrier services once the item(s) leave our facility.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
